Terms and Conditions

Effective date: September 15, 2026

These Terms govern your use of magnoliametro.com and requests for Magnolia Metro services. By using the website or submitting a request, you agree to these Terms.

1. About Magnolia Metro

Magnolia Metro is a trade name of Taylor Technology Health & Financial Services, LLC. We provide mobile notary, process service, medical and legal courier, and administrative document retrieval services.

2. Requests, quotes and acceptance

Submitting a website form is a request for service, not a confirmed appointment or binding engagement. Service begins only after we confirm availability, scope, timing and final pricing. Quotes may change when information supplied by the customer is incomplete or circumstances differ from those described.

3. Customer responsibilities

  • Provide accurate contact, scheduling, location and document information.
  • Have lawful authority to request the service and supply all required documents and instructions.
  • Do not submit Social Security numbers, payment-card data, diagnoses, account numbers or other unnecessary sensitive information through website forms.
  • Provide safe and lawful access to service locations.

4. Service-specific limitations

Magnolia Metro is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice, select forms, prepare legal documents or advise whether a document will achieve a legal result. Notarial acts require acceptable identification and a willing, aware signer. Process service and document retrieval outcomes are not guaranteed and depend on lawful access, accurate information, subject availability and third-party offices. Courier services are subject to item, packaging, access and chain-of-custody requirements.

5. Fees, third-party costs and payment

Final charges may include travel, urgency, waiting time, additional attempts, printing, tolls, parking, postage, filing or records fees and other disclosed third-party costs. Document-retrieval service fees are results driven: a $25 document-retrieval deposit begins the approved retrieval work and the remaining service fee is due only when the requested document is obtained. Approved third-party costs may remain due even when a document is unavailable. Unless a written quote states otherwise, payment is due as stated on the invoice or payment request.

6. Cancellations and refunds

Cancellations, rescheduling, retainers and refunds are governed by the Refund and Cancellation Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.

7. Website use

You may use this website only for lawful purposes. You may not interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, submit malicious content or misuse forms. Website content is provided for general information and may be corrected or updated without notice.

8. Disclaimers and liability

Services are provided with reasonable professional care, but successful service, record availability, delivery timing and third-party action cannot be guaranteed. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Magnolia Metro is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

9. Privacy and communications

Our Privacy Policy explains how website and service-request information is handled. You agree that we may contact you about your request by email, phone or text using the information you provide.

10. Governing law and changes

These Terms are governed by Mississippi law. We may revise them by posting an updated version with a new effective date. If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
